A happy stone is a painted stone you leave behind to surprise a stranger. The idea has been around for years; we add one thing: a unique ID, so the stone gets a travel story.
The ID is the passport
When you register, your stone gets a code like HS-7F2K. You write it on the stone. Anyone who finds it can use the code to see the whole journey: where it started, who found it and how many kilometres it covered.
Without an ID a found stone is a nice moment. With an ID it’s the start of a story that can run for years.
Who is it for?
Everyone, but families get the most out of it: kids paint and hide, parents follow the map, and grandparents take stones along on trips. One family account is enough.
What does it cost?
Nothing. An account is free and you can register as many stones as you like.
